Lloyd L. Pipersburgh, MBA (born 1962), is a retired New York City Police Department (NYPD) Detective First Grade known for his work in officer memorialization, public service, and institutional leadership within one of the largest municipal police agencies in the United States.
Early Life and Background
Pipersburgh was born in Belize City, Belize. He later relocated to Brooklyn, New York, where he was raised and educated. His early experiences in both Belize and New York informed his interest in public service and community engagement.
