Belize Police Headquarters Visit (1993)
During a visit to Belize, his country of birth, in 1993, Pipersburgh was received at Police Headquarters in Belmopan and personally welcomed by then-Commissioner of Police (ComPol) Kent Haylock. The visit included a full tour of headquarters and an official police escort—an early and formative experience that foreshadowed his eventual rise to Detective First Grade in the New York City Police Department.
